ugh, ai and crypto?

Ugh. Like I really needed another way to feel confused and annoyed, enter AI x Crypto Coins. Two worlds colliding to create the gloriously chaotic mess I didn’t ask for. So apparently there’s this global AI arms race—sounds fancy huh?—and our friendly tokens like RNDR and FET are trying to make a name for themselves by trying to break away from big tech’s grip. Because sure, that’s what we’re all crying out for in our daily lives: freedom for algorithms! It’s bad enough I can’t get my smart speaker to play the right song but now I’ve got to worry about AI-powered crypto laying claim to some new blockchain empire?

And of course, these projects go on and on about ‘infrastructure’ like I need more infrastructure so I can finally feel like I’m truly participating in the 21st century. Oh yes, more compute power, data, and agents—there’s your holy trinity of nothingness. It’s as if someone finally decided that those lines of code desperately needed a purpose besides causing me minor existential crises every time they decide to pester me with updates or whatever crappy feature they want to peddle next.

Honestly, I’ve got real issues to handle. Like whether I’ll ever see a wallet again that isn’t just a digital one on my nonexistent ‘smart’ device since trying to use it triggers my breakfast toast to burn. But great! At least AI x Crypto Coins will help scale AI—and my frustration—outside of Big Tech’s control. Whatever.
